Quercus was established in 2013 as an alternative to more traditional Corporate Finance providers. As an independent business, we have no structural conflicts of interest and focus on leveraging our experience to create value for our clients. The business was built on the experience of its founders who had previously worked together successfully for 20 years and the philosophy endures; all of our projects are led day-to-day by experienced partners. Everything we do is shaped by our core values of Integrity, Commitment and Excellence.
